If you do not agree with the product received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:

             1. In any of our stores you can exchange for a product of the same value (if you have physical stores or a showroom).
             2. From your home. To do so, contact portodospiratasoficial@gmail.com and send your request. You can exchange the product for another one, or refund the purchase. To do this, go to the Contacts tab.
For a money back, you have up to 7 days to make the request, from the date of purchase.
